Sarah specialises in medical negligence claims and assists the Deputy Head of the Medical Negligence Department, Sarah Tipton-Walker on her complex and high value cases, including birth injury and unusual catastrophic injury claims.

Sarah has also worked with clients in respect of claims involving:

  • Amputation
  • Missed or delayed diagnosis (including cancer)
  • Cauda Equina Syndrome
  • Spinal injuries
  • Orthopaedic injuries
  • Medical misdiagnosis
  • Surgical errors
  • Fatal claims

EXPERIENCE

Sarah qualified as a solicitor in 2004 with main specialisms in claimant personal injury and industrial disease litigation. She then moved into defendant motor fraud in 2007 to 2014.

After a career break. Sarah returned to the legal profession in 2023, specialising in medical negligence work, reinstating her practicing certificate in 2026.
