A great place to work – one of Switalskis Three Big Goals

One of our Three Big Goals is to be a great place to work, and we’re delighted to now have this very important endorsement. The Sunday Times Best Places to Work annual report is highly regarded across all industry sectors and being recognised is a fantastic accolade.

This nationwide workplace survey honours and celebrates Britain's top employers - over 500 organisations have been selected spanning industries and company sizes.

Some sector statistics

Switalskis is listed in the ‘Best Big Organisations’ category which is for companies with 250 to 1,999 employees.  Of the ninety-two organisations selected in our category, only four are law firms and of the four law firms, only Switalskis and one other are based in Yorkshire.

The other categories are ‘Best Very Big Organisations’, ‘Best Medium Organisations’ and ‘Best Small Organisations’.  Across all categories over five hundred organisations have been selected. Only twenty-two law firms made the cut and only five of them are based in Yorkshire.  Given there are just under 10,000 regulated law firms in the UK, that’s a huge achievement for Switalskis.
