Richard Dennett, Consultant Solicitor

Richard’s practice takes him into specialist areas of family law. He represents children, parents and other relatives in public child law proceedings, and also can advise on divorce, particularly in relation to child residence and contact and cases where there are complex financial issues.

Richard has practised in Wakefield for over 18 years. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1992, and has become established as a specialist in family and child law. He is accredited as a family law specialist by Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) and is also a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel. Richard is also qualified as a Collaborative Lawyer.
