Oliwia Rozycka is a paralegal working in our serious and catastrophic injury team, with a particular focus on assisting Polish-speaking clients.
Oliwia has worked in law for many years, and has gained valuable international experience through internships with law firms in Poland, Croatia and Ireland.
Oliwia is known for her positive, proactive approach and calm professionalism, particularly when working on sensitive and life-changing injury claims. Her empathetic manner, strong work ethic and solution-focused mindset allow her to build trust with clients while maintaining the highest standards of legal support.
Oliwia graduated with a Master of Law (LL.M.) from the University of Wroclaw. Following her move to the United Kingdom, she completed the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) and subsequently the LPC LLM at the University of Westminster.
She gained early professional experience within law firms in Poland, Croatia and Ireland, developing a strong comparative understanding of legal systems before specialising in personal injury litigation in the UK. Her professional background includes experience in personal injury litigation on both the claimant and defendant side. This dual perspective has provided her with a well-rounded understanding of litigation strategy, liability analysis and quantum assessment.

She plays an active role in supporting the progression of technically demanding matters involving significant injuries and long-term rehabilitation needs.
As a Polish-speaking paralegal, Oliwia provides dedicated support to Polish clients pursuing serious injury and catastrophic injury claims.
