Ian deals with catastrophic injuries, for example injuries to the spine, brain and amputations as well as fatal accident claims involving multi-million-pound settlements. - Settlement of over £250,000 for widow whose husband drowned in the English Channel as a result of his cabin cruiser being struck by a fishing trawler, where liability was strongly contested
