APPROACH

Claire’s approach to her work is professional, friendly and patient.  She appreciates that, when people contact Switalskis, they will have experienced a difficult time in their lives and may be feeling anxious about their health or about the prospect of investigating a medical negligence claim.  Claire aims to make her clients feel supported and helps them to navigate the complexities of investigating and pursuing a medical negligence claim.

EXPERIENCE

An investigation is underway by Donna Ockenden in respect of the maternity care provided over a period of several years at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust.  Claire is investigating some of the medical negligence claims in relation to this.

“I am not able to put into words the appreciation I have not only for the work but also the sensitive way in which you dealt with things. One thing that stood out to me was how much information you retained with regards to X's treatment. I never felt like he was just anyone to you but that you had really taken in X's story, remembering places, dates, appointments etc. That meant so much to me.”
