Casey is an experienced and highly skilled litigation executive and advocate with over 10 years of experience with personal injury and clinical negligence claims, including those involving fatalities, misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis or treatment, delayed cancer diagnoses, spinal injuries, nerve injuries, orthopaedic claims including amputations, surgical errors, dental negligence, injuries arising out of poor treatment in care homes, birth injuries and negligence obstetric care.

Casey started her career in the Personal Injury sector at a large personal injury solicitors firm, in 2006.
She studied the LLB Law degree at the University of Westminster, London, with a year spent studying French Constitutional Law at the University of Nice, Cote D’Azur. She achieved a First-Class Honours undergraduate Law degree in 2012 followed by the Bar Professional Training Course (Very Competent grade). After completing the Bar Course, she spent three and a half years working as full time research assistant for a senior barrister specialising in personal injury, fatal accidents, medical negligence, procedural issues and costs. During this time she assisted with writing two books on fatal claims and a book on land and boundary disputes. She then moved to a regional firm where she spent over two years representing people in litigated and non-litigated personal injury and employers’ liability claims.
