Caitlin has a calm and empathetic approach to clients, understanding that this is a difficult time for them. Court proceedings and claims can be confusing and stressful, so Caitlin aims to explain things in a straightforward way.
Caitlin graduated with an English Literature degree from the University of Sheffield, and worked within the Local Authority whilst undertaking her Masters in Law.
Caitlin joined Switalskis in 2022 and worked in the Care team, first as a paralegal before commencing her Graduate Solicitor Apprenticeship in February 2025. Caitlin then moved to the Personal Injury Team in mid-2025.
Caitlin has experience in attending court with counsel, drafting court documents, preparing statements, taking instructions from clients and preparing legal aid applications.
Caitlin is studying for the SQE with a view to qualifying as a solicitor in 2027.
