Aqsa assists Danielle Smithurst , Senior Associate Solicitor and Joint Deputy Head of Department, in managing complex and sensitive Court of Protection cases.

Aqsa has over three years' experience working in Court of Protection matters, supporting clients and their families in a wide range of health and welfare cases. During this time, she has developed valuable experience assisting with applications concerning capacity, care arrangements, residence, contact, and medical treatment.

Outside of work, Aqsa is a member of the Kirklees Junior Lawyers Division. She is passionate about developing her legal knowledge and keeping up to date with developments in Court of Protection law.
