Switalskis Recognises Talent with New Round of Promotions

Switalskis has made a positive start to the year with the announcement of 11 firmwide promotions, acknowledging the expertise and hard work demonstrated throughout its legal and support departments.

This round of promotions includes four colleagues who have advanced to senior associate level. These include Briony Ely , in the conveyancing team, and Ros Raine in the development team. They are joined by Sandra Kowalska in contentious probate, and Sarah Myatt in the crime department.

Seven colleagues have also been promoted to associate roles. These include Alison Clifton in the residential conveyancing team, and Amandeep Dosanjh in the Court of Protection (health & welfare) team. Michelle Lawton and Gabrielle Richardson from the care team also step into associate positions, alongside Callum Palmer from clinical negligence. The development team sees Victoria Pearson promoted to associate in her role as change analyst and junior developer, and Jaron Shahidi advances to associate as talent manager within the people team.

All individuals achieved their progression through Switalskis’ Career Development Programme. The bespoke programme provides structured support for career development and upholds a transparent and accessible promotions framework.
