We have been shortlisted in three categories for the Personal Injury Awards 2021. The awards are held annually to highlight, and celebrate, the excellence of individuals and organisations across the personal injury sector. The winners will be revealed at an awards ceremony in Leeds on Tuesday 23rd November.

Our Serious Injury team has been shortlisted for ‘Catastrophic Injury Team of the Year’, in recognition of the specialist advice and support they provide to clients and their families following serious injuries, including head and brain injuries, spinal injuries and fatal claims.

Our Child Abuse Compensation team has been shortlisted for ‘Claimant Team of the Year’. The team have helped many claimants to receive justice and compensation for past abuse, most notably under the Lambeth Redress Scheme, where they have helped survivors recover over £15m collectively since the scheme began.

Natalie Cosgrove from our Clinical Negligence team has been shortlisted for ‘Clinical Negligence Lawyer of the Year’. Natalie has worked tirelessly for parents affected by birth injuries and infant deaths for a number of years now. This year, her work has attracted the attention of mainstream national media, including Channel 4 News and The Independent, helping to raise awareness of failings in maternity services in several NHS Trusts across the country and encouraging other parents affected to get the support they need.

As always, our priority is to provide the vital advice and support that our clients need, but we are delighted to receive recognition from within the legal profession, that we are doing so.
