Bradie, a Sheffield-born lawyer and University of Sheffield graduate, qualified in 2011 and has spent her career across South Yorkshire, most recently as partner and head of family law. Well-connected across the city’s legal and professional community, Bradie works closely with barristers, mediators, accountants and financial advisers. She has been instrumental in supporting families navigating separation, child arrangements, safeguarding concerns and complex financial arrangements.

Bradie advises her clients on all aspects of family law, including divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships, financial matters, separation, cohabitation disputes and children matters. She is best known for handling complex, high-value financial cases involving business interests, property portfolios and sensitive negotiations. Bradie’s focus is to give clients clear, practical advice during challenging times.

She is also one of only two lawyers in South Yorkshire to be a Legal 500 Next Generation Partner - recognition of her technical ability, judgement and potential to influence the direction of her team.

Bradie says: “I was keen to join Switalskis because of its strong reputation and its range of legal expertise under one roof. That makes a real difference when family cases involve property, business assets or longer-term planning. I’m excited to lead the Sheffield family team and continue supporting clients at what is often a difficult stage in their lives.”

Clare Peckett , director and head of family law at Switalskis, says: “Bradie’s appointment brings extensive legal experience, clear judgement and a large dose of common sense. Her years in practice in Sheffield give her invaluable local knowledge and strong ties to the community. Bradie’s appointment reflects our ongoing commitment to providing specialist family law advice in Sheffield, particularly in complex financial and children matters.”
