We asked Suzanne:
Q: What do you love about your job?
A: Being in the privileged position of being able to really make a difference to the lives of people who find themselves in the most difficult and distressing situations. It is not about how much money I can obtain for a client but more what the client can do with that money to improve the quality of their life.
Q: What can clients expect from you?
A: I will always be completely honest with them; I will fight their corner and I will take on difficult and challenging cases.
Q: What do your clients like about you?
A: I am a good listener; I am supportive; I am passionate about what I do; I care.
Q: What drew you to your specialism?
A: I originally fell into this area of work when I took a clinical negligence case over from a colleague over 20 years ago. I was completely fascinated by the medicine and the complex area of law within which we work.
