Rhiannon joined Switalskis in 2016 and started her solicitor apprenticeship in 2021. She is a member of the firm’s Medical Negligence team.

Rhiannon is currently working in our Medical Negligence department as part of her training.

She has previously worked in the Court of Protection team, assisting barrister Michael Kennedy in applications where Switalskis act for the protected party or another interested person.

Her role in the medical negligence team involves:

  • Assisting senior members with day-to-day activities
  • Discussing processes with clients
  • Taking new enquiries
  • Completing research into the value of claims
  • Preparing witness statements
  • Requesting and reviewing medical records

Rhiannon is also a trained Dementia Friend. 

APPROACH

Rhiannon is passionate about righting wrongs and always puts her client's best interests first. She always tries to make sure that each client's voice can be heard, and demonstrates great attention to detail in every case.

She is very approachable and compassionate toward clients and always maintains professional standards.

EXPERIENCE

Rhiannon has worked in the legal sector for over ten years, and began her solicitor apprenticeship in 2021. Since then, her career has spanned across our mental health law and Court of Protection teams. She is now expanding her experience, working in the medical negligence team.
