Mat specialises in many aspects of commercial property across several industries across the private and public sectors including retail, industrial, offices, high street shops.  His experience includes:

  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Landlord and tenant work – leases, agreement for leases, licences and ancillary deeds
  • Development projects – conditional contracts on planning
  • Refinancing and securing lending
  • Dealing with post completion duties following conclusion of a transaction, including registration at HM Land Registry, Companies House and Stamp Duty Land Tax at HMRC.
