Lauren is a skilled domestic abuse and child care solicitor within our care department based in our Huddersfield office.
Lauren specialises in:
· Representing parents whose children are the subject of applications by the Local Authority.
· Providing advice on applying for Special Guardianship Orders.
· Securing injunctions on behalf of victims of domestic violence.
APPROACH
Lauren understands the prosect of attending court can be very daunting and prides herself on being friendly and approachable.
She is keen to ensure that the advice she provides is clear and clients understand the reasoning behind the decisions that are being made.
Lauren believes it is important to be able to signpost any client to local support services should they be appropriate.
