Kelsey Jones works in the contentious probate team at Switalskis, where she supports clients through difficult and emotional disputes over wills and estates. She takes an active role in handling new enquiries, helping people feel listened to and understood from the very first conversation. Kelsey is known for her personal and empathetic approach, making sure clients feel supported while giving clear, practical advice. Her calm, thoughtful manner and strong legal knowledge make her a trusted part of the team.

Currently studying the SQE route to qualification alongside working full time with the hope to qualify as a solicitor in 2026.

Kelsey is currently a school governor.

She has also completed training to become a Dementia Friend.

APPROACH

Kelsey Jones is a valued member of the contentious probate team at Switalskis. Since joining, she’s taken an active role in supporting new client enquiries and helping improve how the team works day to day.
