Julie heads up Switalskis' People team and will drive the firm’s people agenda, taking the lead on developing Switalskis’ engagement, talent, leadership and inclusion strategies and will further bring together teams across the group.

APPROACH

The director group can expect to see a strategic approach to people and engaging with them, acting as coach and mentor to develop leadership capability.  Julie brings energy, enthusiasm and drive to get things done to move the HR function forward to be respected for the advice and guidance she gives, so that HR is seen as a respected business partner.

EXPERIENCE

Julie has over 25 years’ experience in HR, in a number of senior roles, most recently in the energy supply sector. She has extensive experience within professional services, finance, manufacturing and service and retail industries.  She joined Switalskis in March 2022.
