Harry is a Graduate Solicitor Apprentice in the Clinical Negligence team, based in London.

Harry supports David Thomas and Chantelle Cooper, who have extensive experience across clinical negligence claims, with particular expertise in complex and high-value birth injury cases.

Harry holds a BSc in Biomedical Science, during which he researched the pathology of Lewy-body dementia, and an MA in Law. He is currently preparing for his Solicitors Qualification Exams and has a particular interest in cases involving delays in treating sepsis and neurological injuries.

Harry adopts a compassionate, client-focused approach, recognising how daunting the process of pursuing a clinical negligence claim can be. From the initial enquiry through to settlement, he ensures clients feel informed, supported, and reassured throughout.

EXPERIENCE

Harry has assisted the team on a broad range of clinical negligence cases, contributing to successful outcomes, and continues to develop his skillset while supporting colleagues across complex matters such as delay in diagnosis of various medical conditions, negligent surgical procedures and high value birth injury cases.
