The annual survey celebrates the country’s top employers based on independent feedback from employees – and this year, Switalskis is one of just a handful of law firms to make the list.

The Sunday Times recognition is based on an extensive employee engagement survey, with a large proportion of Switalskis’ team taking part earlier this year. Their honest feedback contributed directly to the firm’s success.
