Once again, we’re thrilled to announce that Switalskis has been named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work in the UK 2026.

The annual survey recognises the UK’s leading employers based on independent employee feedback, and this year, Switalskis is among only a select number of law firms to feature on the list.

The recognition reflects the strong workplace culture we’ve created and reinforces our ongoing commitment to being a supportive, values-led law firm where people can develop and succeed.

One of only a small number of law firms recognised

Switalskis was listed in the ‘Best Big Organisations’ category, which includes companies with 250 to 1,999 employees. Of the 126 organisations listed in this category, only 11 of those are law firms.

To put that into context, there are almost 10,000 regulated law firms in the UK and only 34 across all categories made this year’s list. That makes our achievement something truly special.

To be recognised on a national level alongside some of the UK’s leading employers is something we’re incredibly proud of.

A culture to be proud of

The Sunday Times recognition is based on a comprehensive employee engagement survey, with a significant number of Switalskis colleagues taking part earlier this year. Their feedback played a key role in securing the firm’s place on the list.

Julie Guest, Head of People at Switalskis, said:

"Being recognised once again by The Sunday Times is a real achievement for the firm and reflects the positive working environment we continue to build.

This recognition is a testament to the people who make Switalskis what it is — their feedback, dedication and the values they bring to work every day. To be named among the small number of law firms included on the list is something we’re extremely proud of.

Thank you to all our colleagues who make Switalskis what it is.”
