Tammy qualified as a chartered legal executive in 2006, and has spent the majority of her career acting for claimants in personal injury litigation. She now works in our brain injury team, assisting on complex brain injury and polytrauma cases.

Tammy's experience spans a wide range of claims including fast-track, multi-track, employers liability, public liability and road traffic accident claims.

As a Chartered Legal Executive, Tammy also ensures the future needs of her clients, and their families, are fully accounted for when compensation awards are assessed.

Tammy has worked in the personal injury sector for over 20 years. She joined the brain injury team at Switalskis in 2021, where she assists on complex brain injury abnd polytrauma cases.

With a strong passion for representing claimants, Tammy also has vast experience from working at a defendant pratice. During this time, she gained valuable insight into defendant strategy, working on catastrophic brain injury and spinal injury claims. This strengthens her understanding of the litigation landscape from both aspects of the case, enhancing her approach to case preparation and negociation.
