Samantha specialises in child abuse personal injury:

• Acts exclusively for claimants (adult and children)
• Deals with a wide variety of claims brought against various defendants including local authorities, charities, religious organisations, Scouts Association, and limited companies
• Considerable experience in bringing successful claims against individual abusers and dealing with enforcement
• Also instructed regarding claims against local authorities for failure to care/remove in negligence and for breaches of the Human Rights Act

Samantha is a legal aid supervising solicitor and a member of the Association of Child Abuse Lawyers.

Samantha considers that excellent client care is front and centre of her role.
