Samantha has worked in the Legal Sector since 1993. She is an Associate Costs Lawyer in our Costs Team and is a Fellow member of the Association of Costs Lawyers. Samantha has responsibility for the Legal Aid arm of the firm’s Costs Team.

Samantha is a specialist in Legal Aid costing, within this field she specialises in:

• Care
• Private law
• Court of Protection health and welfare
• Event plans high costs cases
• Hourly rate high costs cases

In addition to her legal aid case load, Samantha also undertakes Court of Protection Finance costing.

Samantha is an highly experienced Costs Lawyer with an extensive knowledge of Legal Aid costing. She takes pride in her work and ensures that she maximises the recovery of costs, working within the ambit of the Legal aid contract.

EXPERIENCE
