Rita brings over a decade of legal experience managing claims across a diverse range of medical specialities.

Rita is also responsible for supervising, training and guiding junior members of staff, supporting their professional development and case progression.

EXPERIENCE

Rita qualified as a solicitor in 2013, where she initially worked as a personal injury solicitor. She then moved into medical negligence claims, where she then joined Switalskis in 2023. Throughout her many years as a solicitor, she has worked across a wide variety of clinical negligence areas, including:
