Paul specialised in clinical negligence litigation for around 30 years before moving away from a fee earner role.

• Over his career, he has handled hundreds of maximum severity cases.
• He led the Leeds clinical risk team at his previous firm, and played a national role in the department as Head of Quality.
• Paul has experience of leading projects in change management.

In his current role, he supports the clinical negligence group as it looks to make improvements to its use of the case management system.

APPROACH

As a litigator Paul always adopted a fair but firm approach, always seeking to be pro rather than reactive. He prided himself on the quality of his work, the delivery of results and was always an approachable lawyer. 

He is very results driven. He is confident he will bring the same skill set to bear in his current operational role as he brings a unique skill set to our practice area.
