Nichola has over 10 years' experience as a solicitor. She is a Solicitor in our Court of Protection Health and Welfare department.
Nichola has experience in both children law and Court of Protection health and welfare. She is an accredited legal representative.
Since 2016 Nichola has focused her work on the Court of Protection. She represents protected parties and family members in both section 21a Mental Capacity Act 2005 challenges and section 15/16 Mental Capacity 2005 cases. Nichola has also represented vulnerable people in cases under the Inherent Jurisdiction.
Nichola leads the firm’s Court of Protection health and welfare team in our York office.
