Matilda (Tilly) is a New Business & Legal Assistant in the New Build Conveyancing team, supporting clients throughout the early stages of their property transactions.

She works closely with clients, housebuilders and colleagues to help ensure matters progress smoothly and efficiently.

Her work includes:

• Assisting with new client enquiries, quotes and onboarding.
• Processing initial conveyancing documentation and memoranda of sale.
• Arranging property searches and liaising with relevant parties to help progress transactions.

APPROACH

Tilly takes a proactive and client-focused approach to her work, combining clear communication with strong organisation and attention to detail. She is committed to making the conveyancing process as smooth as possible for clients, providing reliable support and helping ensure matters progress efficiently.

EXPERIENCE

Tilly graduated from the University of Exeter with a degree in Law. During her studies, she received an award from Exeter Law Society in recognition of her contribution to student welfare.

She also has previous experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal, giving her a strong foundation in legal processes and client care.
