Lunar is a trainee solicitor who provides dedicated support to the property development team, with a particular focus on new build plot sales conveyancing. She offers practical expertise in the conveyancing process and plays an active role in managing transactions from initial instruction to completion.

Her tasks include:

• Drafting Contract Packs in accordance with Reservation form
• Dealing with plot sale enquiries
• Assisting Fee earners with day to day property development matters
• Dealing with completion through to post completion

APPROACH

Lunar takes a practical and client focused  approach to her work, supporting the Property Development team  with a focus on plot sales conveyancing. She supports transactions from start to finish, providing efficient, reliable assistance to clients throughout.
