Leah provides post completions support to the residential conveyancing team, ensuring that all tasks and file closures are undertaken in a timely and effective manner.

Her work includes:

• Making applications to the HM Land Registry to register our clients as the new proprietors of the properties they purchased
• Dealing with requisitions raised by the HM Land Registry and liaising with the seller solicitors to rectify this
• Sending the clients the completed title document
• Sending the lender the completed document and closing down the files
