Lauren has worked in residential conveyancing for 8 years. Starting out as an assistant when she was 18 before deciding to go to University. She qualified as a Solicitor in December 2025. Lauren's experience includes:

• Sales of freehold, leasehold houses and leasehold flats
• Purchases of freehold, leasehold houses and leasehold flats
• Transfer of equity, remortgages or both simultaneously
• Shared ownership
• Unregistered titles
• Dealing with Grant of Probate and Court of Protection sales.

Lauren is a member of the Law Society.
