Jonathan co-ordinates and runs weekly risk assessment meetings to discuss case strategy with team members. He also regularly prepares and delivers in-house training, as well as being involved in Switalskis’ work experience programme.

EXPERIENCE

Over the years Jonathan has investigated and progressed all kinds of medical negligence claims, with particular expertise in dental negligence cases. Jonathan has secured much-needed compensation for clients who have suffered injury through delayed diagnosis of periodontal disease, negligent root canal treatments, and poor orthodontics treatment.

Jonathan has been part of a team progressing claims involving serious injury sustained in a road traffic accident, stroke, allergic reaction, and delayed diagnosis of an autoimmune condition – all of which were settled out of court for in excess of £1 million each.

Jonathan has provided extensive in-house training to the team in popular sessions covering secondary victim claims, medical negligence law, limitation periods, quantifying claims and updates to the Civil Procedure Rules.
