Jaron is our Talent Manager at Switalskis. He leads the firm's talent attraction and onboarding strategy, helping the firm attract and develop great people.

His responsibilities include:

• Working closely with hiring managers and colleagues across the business to support recruitment, onboarding and the wider employee journey.
• Creating a positive candidate and new starter experience through a proactive, people-focused approach.
• Developing talent and supporting the firm's careers programmes, including apprenticeships, training contracts and work experience opportunities

EXPERIENCE

Jaron is a specialist recruitment professional, with experience across various industries. Alongside leading recruitment and onboarding, he supports wider HR projects, including equality, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement and career development.

Jaron is CIPD Level qualified in HR management, with a commercial, people-focused approach to attracting, developing and retaining talent.
