Elinor heads up Switalskis Marketing and Business Development team. Supporting business growth by leading on the strategic direction for the firm's marketing, communications and business development. Working across the offices, services and sectors, Elinor strives to maintain client service through internal processes, encourage creative marketing to engage audiences, and be a business partner to the firm.
Elinor works through collaboration to find solutions that drive business growth and benefit the clients and markets that Switalskis work within. Ensuring a knowledgeable yet approachable manner is key to engaging the firm in their marketing and business development activities, while encouraging a strategic focus.
Elinor has 14 years’ experience in Marketing & BD, 10 of which have been in the legal industry. Prior to joining the professional services industry, Elinor worked in marketing and business development within international retail, academic publishing and hospitality. She joined Switalskis in September 2025.
Elinor as been a Chartered Marketer since 2023, awarded by the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
