EXPERIENCE

• Clare acted for Mrs L, who sought advice after suffering severe pressure sores whilst an in-patient in Hospital. Mrs L’s mobility was severely affected as a result. Mrs L was awarded £350,000.
• Clare represented Mrs E, in her claim for a delay in diagnosis of breast cancer. Mrs E was awarded £55,000.
• Clare represented Mrs J, in her claim for poorly performed orthopaedic surgery, for which Mrs J needed remedial surgery. Mrs J was awarded £55,000.
