Claire is a post completion clerk for our new build and residential property teams.

Her role includes:

• Managing AP1 applications
• Submitting and sending NHBC documents
• Sending the title document
• Dealing with requisitions
• Answering client queries in relation to post completion

APPROACH

Claire believes in speaking to people how she would like to be spoken to, giving them a polite and understanding service. She prides herself on listening to what the client has to say.
