Cherie works in costs recovery across the claimant departments.

She has worked within the legal sector for 13 years, and specifically within costs for the last 8 years, with a specialism in legal aid. 

At Switalskis, Cherie’s role has now expanded and she is specialising in between the parties costs recovery.  

APPROACH

Cherie has a professional and detailed approach to costs, knowing that production of high quality bills of costs produce a better outcome for her clients.   

She has a keen eye for detail which she has honed during her years working in the legal aid sector and this has carried this through in to her development in the inter parties sector.
