Callum is a medical negligence paralegal and assists senior members of the team with day-to-day activities.

Callam's role includes:

• Discussing the funding process with clients
• Instructing experts to examine medical records
• Completing research into the value of claims
• Taking witness statements
• Requesting and reviewing medical records

APPROACH

Callum is passionate about righting wrongs for those harmed at the hands of a medical professional.

He believes there is no injury too small to seek advice on and encourages anyone harmed to seek the advice of a professional.

EXPERIENCE

Callum is part of the Thirlwall Inquiry team at Switalskis, representing six of the families named in the criminal indictment against former neonatal nurse Lucy Letby. This Inquiry will explore the circumstances surrounding the tragic events leading to the deaths of and harm to innocent babies within the healthcare system. The Inquiry will seek to provide answers for the victims’ families in an effort to determine accountability and what must be done to prevent such incidents from ever happening again.
