Terms and conditions

This offer is open to first-time buyers of residential properties and doesn’t apply to new-build properties.

Qualifying clients are entitled to a 20% discount on Switalskis Solicitors (Switalskis) residential conveyancing legal fees as follows:

• First-time buyers of residential properties, excluding new builds, shall be entitled to a discount of 20% against Switalskis residential conveyancing legal fees acting on their behalf for the purchase of their residential property.
• The discount applies only to Switalskis main residential conveyancing legal fees. It excludes any additional legal fees for matters such as HTB ISA's, declarations of trust, bank transfer admin fees, etc.
• The discount will also not be applied to any other costs (including, but not limited to, costs incurred in verifying a client’s identity or their source of funds, or costs associated with the transmission of funds, such as bank transfer fees), or to any third-party costs or disbursements.
• The property purchase must be intended as their main residential property. The discount does not apply to first-time buyers who intend to rent out the property.
• The residential conveyancing discount is limited to one use per transaction and qualifying client.
• The residential conveyancing discount does not apply to new-build or commercial property clients.
• To qualify for the residential conveyancing discount, a qualifying client must confirm their instructions to proceed with legal advice relating to the purchase of their first home.

This discount has no cash value or cash alternative and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit or exchanged for any other benefit.

The discount may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.

Switalskis reserves the right to refuse redemption of the discount where fraud or breach of these terms is suspected. Switalskis also reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel, or amend the discount at its discretion.
