Shabana is a highly determined and proactive solicitor, with experience of acting as liaison between employers, insurance companies, government agencies and counsel. She is also experienced in negotiating complex settlements and dealing with clients in a sensitive and empathetic manner which has enabled her to develop her personal injury work.
Shabana is a highly determined and proactive solicitor, with experience of acting as liaison between employers, insurance companies, government agencies and counsel. She is also experienced in negotiating complex settlements and dealing with clients in a sensitive and empathetic manner which has enabled her to develop her personal injury work.
Shabana has substantial experience and knowledge of all types of personal injury law, such as employers’ liability, road traffic accidents, public liability, abuse and disease cases. She has handled and consulted on multi-track cases throughout her career and continues to engage prospective clients and cultivate long-term industry partnerships.
She has experience of conducting health and safety training seminars for trade union representatives and colleagues and keeping staff updated on personal injury law and procedure.
Shabana is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and also a member of the Doncaster and District Law Society. Shabana has shared her experience by coaching and mentoring junior fee earners. She has gone on to develop her passion for coaching and mentoring by completing her ILM Level 5 Certificate and Diploma in Leadership and Management to cultivate new skills and continue with her professional development. Outside work, she is a school governor where her passion for education, learning and development enables her to help other people to develop their full potential.
