Ryan trained in Leeds and Ilkley and qualified in June 2017, then moved to specialise in commercial property at an experienced firm in Harrogate. He joined Switalskis Solicitors in March 2022.”

We asked Ryan: Q: What do you enjoy about your role? A: The clients. I enjoy working with people who have a clear goal in mind and find it very rewarding helping clients grow their business from strength to strength, whilst developing long standing relationships with my clients. Q: What can clients expect from you? A: A dedicated and personable service, managing my client’s prospects to ensure we complete the transaction in the way my client intends to. Q: What drew you to this sort of work? A: The way I see commercial property is, roughly speaking, every party involved in the deal are all striving to achieve the same outcome. I deeply relish these opportunities to form reliable contacts. Q: What are your interests outside of work? A: Long walks on the beach? In all seriousness, I do like to use my spare time to go hiking in the Yorkshire Dales with my wife and dog, and have recently taken up golf as a hobby, frustrating as it might be! I am also an avid Leeds United fan.
