EXPERIENCE

Rachel qualified as a solicitor in June 2005. She is also a member of APIL with accredited status as a litigator.

Rachel recovered £150,000 compensation for a hospital administrator who was left with permanent pain and reduced mobility as a result of a delay in spinal surgery. The delay meant the individual developed cauda equina and was only able to work part time instead of full time.

Rachel recovered £60,000 compensation for a client for a missed hip fracture. The individual suffered prolonged pain, the fracture became displaced and the individual had to undergo a full hip replacement after a series of wrong diagnosis by their local hospital.
