Nina works in medical negligence dealing with a range of work including:

• Delayed cancer diagnosis cases

• Orthopaedic cases

Nina has specialised in medical negligence for five years. Previous to this, she handled personal injury claims involving road traffic accidents and slips and trips.

EXPERIENCE

Nina settled a very sad and complex case involving the delayed diagnosis of pancreatic cancer which settled for approximately £250k. This sum of money removed the burden of financial worry from the claimant’s family before she/the claimant sadly passed away.
