Julie assists Mark Hollinghurst, Switalskis’ head of brain and spinal injury department.  She specialises in helping clients who’ve suffered catastrophic and life-changing injuries in claims for compensation, in order to improve the quality of their lives

Julie specialises in brain and spinal injuries for both adults and children arising from all different types of accidents and assaults.

She has expertise in assisting with cases involving minimally conscious clients where there is often a cross-over with parallel Court of Protection proceedings, for example where there are issues about the client’s future residence. 

Julie also assists in claims to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority relating to serious brain injury from assaults.
