Heather has worked on an array of cases over the years including, but not limited to:

• GP errors
• Surgical errors
• Orthopaedic claims
• Colorectal claims
• Optometry / ophthalmology claims
• Birth injuries

Heather is also a member of APIL and regularly supervises her colleagues with case planning.

Heather is tenacious and will vigorously pursue cases on behalf of her clients where appropriate to do so. She strives to be approachable to her clients and explain complex medical and legal issues in a straightforward and understandable way.
