Interlocutory hearings covering all aspects of personal injury litigation Including:

• The complex fixed costs reported case of Whalley v Advantage Insurance Co Limited [2017] 10 WLUK 105
  The first instance decision in Drury v Yorkshire Aggregates Limited (Doncaster County Court 9 May 2022) in which Emma successfully persuading the court that the case should not be restricted to fixed costs despite settling for only £11,000. The decision was upheld on appeal in January 2023
• Emma successfully conducted a highly contested contract law case trial achieving a fantastic result for the client
• In an application for summary judgment in a dispute case, Emma successfully persuaded the court that summary judgment should be entered for the client avoiding the matter proceeding to a full trial and saving the client both time and money as a result
• Numerous successful outcomes defending applications for strike out and summary judgment
