Fay specialises in medical negligence. She has:
- Considerable experience representing bereaved families at Inquest.
- Acted for many clients following substandard maternity care, resulting in birth trauma, psychiatric injury, stillbirths and neonatal deaths
- Experience in dealing with family claims involving primary victims.
