As part of the integration, we established a CSR committee that includes representatives from all business areas, to refine our approach to corporate social responsibility.
Our CSR committee curated a list of potential charity partners. Through an all-staff vote, we shortlisted charities to collaborate with for the next three years, starting in 2024.
Switalskis has a long-standing relationship with Paces , a specialist centre for individuals with and motor disorders. A recent donation of £9,100 was made to enhance Paces’ conductive education equipment, aiding in the development of essential life skills.
Our firm’s connection with Paces is profound, with some of our directors serving as trustees for the charity. This embodies our commitment to impactful community engagement.
