New opportunity at our Wakefield office

We have an opportunity for an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor / Legal Executive to join our expanding department based at our Wakefield City Centre office.

The role is a full-time position and candidates must be willing and able to travel across our various offices to meet business demands as necessary.

About the Role

Candidates should have a solid working knowledge within this area of law ideally having gained 2-4 years post qualification experience, or similar. STEP or SFE membership would also be beneficial.

The role would suit candidates who are able to run a case load unsupervised but who are at a stage in their career where they may want to gain further knowledge in order to progress further.

Duties will include such as dealing with Administration of Estates, Grant applications, Trusts and Administration of Trusts with some Will and LPA work.

A good working knowledge of Microsoft office packages is essential and previous case management / Bighand digital dictation experience would also be beneficial.
