More about Victoria
We asked Victoria: Q: What does your job involve day-to-day? Q: What do you enjoy most about your job? Q: What do you do in your spare time?
A: A variety of work from taking the first initial contact from a potential therapy/adult abuse Client to achieving a settlement for them and all the steps in-between. I also assist with the creation of and implementation of internal systems to ensure our services are delivered to a consistently high standard. No two days are the same.
A: Providing much needed help and legal support to people who have been through awful events perpetrated by someone in whom they put their trust. It is a pleasure to see clients change over time, becoming stronger and accepting that what happened was not their fault and that they are not to blame. It is satisfying to know that by assisting people in these claims we have in some way helped them to restore their faith and trust in professionals when it was a “professional” who caused the initial harm.
A: Spending time with my family, reading, listening to music and being out in the countryside with my animals.
